This is the lightest roast we sell commercially.  The brewed coffee is an even milk chocolate color. Flavor would be described as ‘high and bright,’ producing a winy taste in the center of your tongue. It is a distinctive coffee, excellent if served black, but only fair if served with milk or sugar. If you grew up with gourmet black coffee, this is what you want.
